 Our beautiful 5 bedroom Disney holiday villa is situated within the community of Tuscan Hills. It's close location to Floridas main theme park attraction makes it an ideal holiday Villa near to Disney.
The disney villa has 5 bedrooms (2 master suites), 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), a 26 x 13 ft private South facing pool and spa with an extended pool deck and covered lanai. 2 separate dining areas, a large family room overlooking the pool area, a fully fitted kitchen, a games room, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities,
a DVD and CD player, and 6 flat screen televisions
(one a Samsung 55 inch LED smart 4K ultra HD TV) make this a special vacation retreat.
The five bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably.
Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport, south west of Walt Disney World on the US 27, just over one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes).
 Walt Disney World can be reached in just
15 minutes, Universal Studios, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions can be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Highlands
Reserve, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions Gate, plus over 20 more with-in a 20 mile radius.
You are minutes away from essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. On site facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with gym, tennis courts, children's indoor play area, sand volley ball court, and a palm garden. There is also a fantastic restaurant and bar on-site which serves both lunch and dinner, ideal if you don't want to journey too far from the pool or you've had a busy day at the theme parks.
